VAT EXEMPTION, THE 2023 NEW LIST OF ICT EQUIPMENT EXEMPTED FROM VAT.
Dear stakeholders, as modified and completed by article 2 of the Law n° 40/2016 of 15/10/2016 modifying and complementing Law n° 37/2012 of 9/11/2012 establishing the Value Added Tax, Article 6, 20°, The Ministry of ICT and Innovation would like to inform you that the new 2023 list of ICT equipment exempted from VAT has been confirmed and is now available. For items marked as SI (sensitive items), you are required to request a recommendation letter from the Ministry of ICT and Innovation. Below are the required documents:
1. A letter addressed to the Minister of ICT and Innovation
2. A signed and stamped invoice (from where you purchased the equipment)
3. Certificate of domestic company registration(From RDB)
